You may have heard that some people have had issues surrounding the unnamable vaccines that came out over the last few years (related the world wide common cold mutation). These claims may or may not have been proven, but either way many people have reported bizarre symptoms after having been given 1, 2 or 3 of these shots such as blood clots, heart problems, itchiness and headaches. We are not making any claims here as to the effectiveness or not of any vaccines. You should always consult a medical professional to get proper advice. Luckily there are some powerful herbal medicines that might be able to help some people get relief.

What symptoms have been reported?

Common Side Effects:

  • Pain at injection site
  • Redness or swelling at injection site
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Muscle pain
  • Chills
  • Fever
  • Joint pain
  • Nausea
  • Swollen lymph nodes (especially under the arm)

Less Common Side Effects:

  • Itching or rash at injection site
  • Dizziness
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Insomnia
  • Decreased appetite
  • Arm or shoulder stiffness

Rare but Serious Side Effects:

  • Myocarditis / Pericarditis (heart inflammation, mostly in young males)
  • Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)
  • Bell’s palsy (temporary facial paralysis)
  • Menstrual irregularities (heavier or irregular periods)
  • Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS – rare blood clots with low platelets)
  • Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS – nerve inflammation causing weakness)
  • Capillary leak syndrome (extremely rare, fluid leakage from blood vessels)
  • All over chronic Itching

What can we do about it?

Unfortunately there is very little information about this subject as the medical community is largely in denial about the side effects and the media also ignores it. But there are general things that can be used to cleanse the blood and hopefully eliminate any mutated / damaged cells which are what causes blood clots and can lead to many of the symptoms above. Different parts of the world have experienced different side effects too. For example in Thailand many people have experienced chronic all over body itching, with no relief from pharmaceutical products.

Turmeric

Turmeric, the golden-yellow spice derived from the root of Curcuma longa, has been revered for centuries in both Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for its powerful cleansing properties, particularly in relation to the blood. In Ayurveda, turmeric is classified as a “rasayana” herb—one that promotes overall health and longevity—and is believed to purify the blood by eliminating toxins (known as ama) and supporting liver function, which is considered the body’s primary organ of detoxification. It is often combined with other herbs like neem or manjistha in classical Ayurvedic formulations designed to support clearer skin, reduce inflammation, and promote better circulation, all of which are signs of cleaner, more vital blood.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, turmeric (often referred to as Jiang Huang) is used to “invigorate the blood” and remove blood stasis—a condition thought to cause pain, swelling, and stagnation in the body’s energy flow. TCM practitioners commonly prescribe turmeric to treat conditions associated with poor blood circulation or to reduce heat and inflammation in the body. Modern research has supported many of these ancient beliefs by identifying curcumin, turmeric’s active compound, as having antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective effects, all of which contribute to its role in supporting healthy, detoxified blood.

Taking Turmeric either by capsule or by making ‘Golden Milk’ is a very powerful natural medicine. The good stuff in Turmeric is fat soluble, so that’s why it is recommended to cook it in Milk:

Golden Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut, or oat)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (or freshly grated turmeric)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger (or freshly grated)
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances curcumin absorption)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp coconut oil or ghee (optional, aids absorption)

Instructions:

Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.

In a small saucepan, combine milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.

Heat gently over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes to let the spices infuse.

Remove from heat, add honey or maple syrup (if using), and stir in coconut oil or ghee.

Ginger to cleanse blood

Ginger, known as Zingiber officinale, has been cherished in both Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for its potent ability to stimulate circulation and purify the blood. In Ayurveda, ginger is regarded as a universal medicine or vishwabheshaja—a warming herb that kindles the digestive fire (agni) and helps eliminate toxins from the bloodstream. It is frequently used to balance kapha and vata doshas, break down ama (metabolic waste), and promote healthy sweating and detoxification through improved digestion and circulation. Ginger is often included in cleansing teas and decoctions, particularly during seasonal transitions or illness recovery, to help cleanse the blood and restore energy.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, ginger (Sheng Jiang when fresh, Gan Jiang when dried) is used to warm the meridians and improve the flow of Qi and blood. It is particularly valued for expelling “cold” from the body, which can impede circulation and lead to blood stagnation—a common cause of pain, fatigue, and sluggish detox pathways in TCM theory. By enhancing yang energy and promoting internal warmth, ginger helps to activate the body’s innate cleansing mechanisms. Modern studies have corroborated these traditional uses, showing that ginger’s active compounds like gingerol and shogaol exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that support cardiovascular health, reduce oxidative stress, and assist in natural blood purification.

Get the right advice

Turmeric & Ginger are the two most easily accessible, cost effective and powerful natural medicines to cleanse blood. There may be other plants and herbs that might be more specific to your particular symptom and we highly recommend you visit a qualified herbal doctor or naturopath. I am always amazed at how many people I meet with various health problems (particular the one we are discussing here) and they say they are desperate for a solution, but they have never gone to see a naturopath.

There is still a large stigma surrounding herbal medicine and I think many people still think of it as ‘hocus pocus’ or quackery, but there are qualified professionals out there – in particular i would recommend someone who has studied Chinese Medicine at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in the UK. I personally know people who teach there and it is highly regarded.
